I was previously under the impression it needed to roll a helmet type, it needed to roll 820, it needed to roll unique quality, and THEN it needed to roll the harlequin in said unique pool, but if the helltide chests were any indication of how drops might work everywhere else, the amount of checks (like ilvl) may not actually be a factor and it might just be purely an odds game vs. In light of the recent helltide glitch, it has made me wonder what actually is required for a unique to even drop, much less for it to be something specific like a shako (harlequin crest).
